Designed for a young couple, this 5-room BTO flat blends industrial character with everyday comfort. The concept takes inspiration from raw, utilitarian materials—reimagined with a softer, more refined touch suited for modern living.

Cement screed flooring lays the foundation of the space, introducing an authentic industrial vibe. To balance the cool grey tone, warm earth hues were thoughtfully introduced—echoing the rich, rusty tones of Corten steel.
