Reimagining the 893-square-foot condominium at Upper Bukit Timah for a family of four, along with their helper, meant transforming a compact space into a modern sanctuary. By reconfiguring the layout—achieved by demolishing a wall in the living area—we opened up the home to create a more fluid and functional design tailored to the family’s lifestyle.
 

The design concept revolves around modern simplicity with a subtle touch of luxury. A neutral color palette sets a calming foundation, while metallic bronze finishes add depth and texture throughout the space. To further enhance the atmosphere, a feature wall crafted from fabric-textured laminate introduces softness to the overall look, creating a balance of comfort and sophistication. The addition of marble textures elevates the aesthetic, bringing an understated elegance. Decorative wall lighting adds a final layer of refinement, enhancing both the ambiance and visual appeal.
 

In the master bedroom, we drew inspiration from the serene and indulgent atmosphere of a luxury hotel. A custom fluted panel with a padded cushion bedhead serves as the focal point, offering both style and comfort. To maximize functionality, we incorporated a bespoke dresser and built-in storage units, seamlessly blending practicality with design.
